Another busy weekend

It was another busy four days in Minnesota. Lorie and I managed to squeeze in a round of golf on Thursday before my parents arrived for an over-night visit before attending Honor's Day activities at St. Olaf. It was great to see my parents since I hadn't seen them since December, when I spent a night there en-route to driving my car to Florida.

Friday night David and I went out to dinner with Kevin and Marilyn Phelps. (You'll notice a pattern in my return trips home includes dinner out with friends every time!) Saturday I joined ten fellow female PGA Professionals from the Minnesota section as we taught a junior girls' golf clinic at Rush Creek...although the temperature was in the low 50s, the sun helped warm us up and we were able to be outside. There were about 200 girls attending the morning-long clinic--always fun to teach the next generation of golfers, especially when they're girls.

Sunday I went to church and packed a few things before heading to the airport for my 2 pm flight. Always good to get home and see friends and family...I'm headed back for Memorial Day weekend in three short weeks.
