It was another hot and rainy weekend in West Palm Beach. Saturday I went to Juno Beach for a few hours until the rain clouds moved in and I decided to head home. I drove through some light rain that stopped before I got home. So then I decided to hang out at the pool at PGA National--that lasted another hour and a half before more rain. I did manage to get a little bit of sun and decided that two rain storms were enough for one day.
Sunday I played golf on the Squire course with Peter Jones and Ed Carbone. I had never played the Squire course so it was nice to finally get a chance to play there. We finished our round before the late afternoon rain came in so I headed home to catch the rest of the golf tournament on TV.
Brooke left yesterday for Christikon with the church youth group and my parents left for 2 1/2 weeks in Norway...think of all the minutes I'll save on my cell phone this week!!
